Introduction to the use of infrared thermometer

Infrared thermometer is a convenient and fast device for detecting body temperature. It is often used by everyone. As a professional manufacturer, the following introduces how to use infrared thermometer.
1. Infrared thermometers mainly include forehead thermometers and ear thermometers. The normal working ambient temperature is (16 ~ 35) ℃. Exceeding this range will affect accurate measurement. When measuring outdoor temperature in winter, it is recommended to adjust the forehead as much as possible before use. Place the thermometer or ear thermometer in an environment above 10 ° C for 15 minutes or longer. When there is no condition, you can put it in your clothes and warm it up.

2. When the person to be measured comes from a place with a large temperature difference from the measurement environment, they should stay at the temperature measurement place for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Outdoor temperature measurement should be avoided under the conditions of sunshine and wind, and indoor measurement should be avoided at the air conditioning outlet temperature.

3. Before temperature measurement, select the mode as the body temperature mode. The lens of the infrared thermometer must be kept clean. The temperature measurement part is above the eyebrow. There must be no hair blocking. If there is sweat, it should be dried. The distance between the infrared thermometer and the forehead is recommended to be (1-3 ) Cm, and the temperature measurement direction should be perpendicular to the forehead surface.

4. If there is doubt about the temperature indication value measured by the infrared thermometer, it can be compared with the glass thermometer. The difference between the indicated value of the glass thermometer and the infrared thermometer is the correction value, and the reading measured by the infrared thermometer should be added with the correction value.
5. When the battery of the infrared thermometer is insufficient, the temperature measurement may be inaccurate. The battery should be replaced, and the measured values before and after replacement should be compared to investigate the cause. When not in use for a long time, the battery should be removed to prevent the battery from corroding the electrode.

6. Use infrared thermometer to measure human body temperature, just like mercury thermometer, pay attention to disinfection to avoid cross infection
