1. Want to repair the packaging film. First, prepare a straight and smooth wooden strip with a length of 1.5 to 2 meters, a width of 5 to 6 cm, and a height of about 8 to 10 cm. On the bench, in order to prevent the plastic from being damaged during soldering, the side flute of the wooden strip must be flattened to a smoother surface with a planer. Then, one edge of each of the two films to be bonded is aligned on the wooden strip, overlapping each other by about 4 to 5 cm.

2. When repairing the packaging film, 3 to 4 people need to operate at the same time. The third person put a piece of kraft paper or old newspaper strip with a width of 8 to 10 cm and a length of 1.2 to 1.5 m on the film that has been sewn. After covering, use a preheated electric iron to smooth one end of the wooden strip.
Experience with appropriate pressure, slowly push to the other end, the heat of the electric iron used, the downward pressure, and the speed of advance should be softened and stuck together to a certain extent after the two films under the paper are heated For the degree, then peel off the paper strip, pull the glued piece of film to the other end of the strip, and then repeatedly bond the next piece, repeating the cycle until the film is connected to the required length.
