How to eliminate white spots on aluminized film?

The aluminized film is coated with a layer of metal on the basis of the bottom mold. It is a high-grade film product in the protective film industry. Its use is mainly for the packaging of advanced batteries and lenses, especially some need to be with water and For products that are isolated from air and sunlight, aluminized films are the first choice for their packaging.

There are many white spots on the aluminized film, some of which are the reasons for the production process, and some are the reasons for not keeping it properly after production. In short, white spots cause great losses to the product itself, so how to eliminate these white spots , knowledge required for both the manufacturer and the manufacturer.

    1. Different batches of inks increase the particle size detection index and strictly control, especially the size and particle size distribution of the full-bottom inks are not used outside the standard range; choose an excellent stable supplier.

2. A special adhesive for aluminized film is used. The surface adhesive of the aluminized film composite adhesive has a low surface tension, and the coating spread effect on the surface of the aluminized layer is significantly superior to that of the general-purpose adhesive. The use of aluminized rubber makes it easy to control the leveling of the glue and has an ideal coating condition. From the adhesive coating state, the use of aluminum-plated glue can eliminate the possibility of white spots.

    3. The viscosity of the glue has a certain matching relationship with the number of the wire roller. If the matching interval is too large, the coating state of the glue will be destroyed, and the generation of "white spots" is more concerned.

4, using aluminized film coating. The coating process usually adopted is a printing film (ink surface) coating, and a special coating method is adopted here to avoid the problem of uneven penetration of the ethyl layer on the ink layer, and avoid the problem of uneven penetration of the ink layer by the ethyl ester. At the same time, the applied adhesive can cover the surface of the aluminum layer sufficiently uniformly, so that the white point can be well eliminated. However, this process has its own limitations. First, it is limited to the composite of VMPET, while other aluminized films are subjected to heat in the oven and will be stretched and deformed under the action of tension. Secondly, a certain peel strength will be sacrificed. .

5, flexible packaging companies must adhere to the regular cleaning system of coating rolls, master the correct coating roller cleaning method. When producing a full-white or light-bottom printing film, pay attention to two points. First, thoroughly clean the blade, coating roller, flattening roller, etc. before production.

    6. The adhesive should be thoroughly dried. Because the barrier property of aluminum plating is better, if the adhesion in the composite film is not completely dried, after the composite film enters the curing chamber, a large amount of residual solvent needs to be quickly released, and under the barrier of the aluminized film, a bubble is formed. . There may even be no white spots when the machine is off, and white spots appear after the aging.
